About me:

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based in Guernsey, providing confidential therapy for adults and young people. My approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based, helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma and life's challenges.

Thanks for visiting my website; here's a bit of info about me:

My qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy practice,

  • Batchelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology,

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling,

  • L4 Certificate in CBT

  • Certified coach.

I maintain my Continuing Professional Development with regular training courses and research.

Professional Membership:

  • Senior Accredited Professional Registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, SCoPEd Column C.

  • Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I love animals and have a King Charles Cavalier called "Barley" and a Cocker Spaniel called "Bella". I enjoy sports - I enjoy freediving (breath-hold diving under the water) - a discipline that I believe really helps me to share with my clients how to breathe in more healthy ways, and to regulate the nervous system more effectively. My other hobbies include stand up paddle boarding, wingfoiling, surfing, photography and playing Irish tenor banjo or mandolin.
