I offer a professional, confidential and caring service for adults and young people who want to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing. 

I regularly help people with Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Phobias, Trauma / PTSD / Dissociation, OCD, Anger, and current or historical sexual, psychological or physical Abuse, as well as many other personal issues affecting mental health.

I also offer Performance Coaching to help people with sport psychology.

My core approach is Person Centred and I may integrate elements of the following:

  • Transactional Analysis (TA),

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance/Commitment (ACT), 

  • Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT),

  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) & the Rewind Technique.

  • Breath and control of the nervous system through focussed breathing.

Sometimes it can be helpful to use more creative techniques such as artwork, creative writing and any other approaches that you are comfortable with. I might incorporate visualisation and in-vivo elements also. 

I tend to be solution focussed - sometimes it is important to spend time talking about what has happened or is happening, and sometimes it is more helpful to develop tools, be challenged, to process and to move to a better place, always working within your window of tolerance.
