About me:

Thanks for visiting my website; here's a bit of info about me:

My qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy practice,

  • Batchelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology,

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling,

  • L4 Certificate in CBT

  • Certified coach.

I maintain my Continuing Professional Development with regular training courses and research.

Professional Membership:

  • Member of the British Psychological Society

  • Accredited Professional Registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society

  • Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I love animals and have a King Charles Cavalier called "Barley". I enjoy sports - in particular I do a lot of freediving (breath-hold diving under the water) - a discipline that I believe really helps me to share with my clients how to breathe in more healthy ways, and to regulate their nervous system more effectively. My other hobbies include surfing, Wing-Foiling, Stand Up Paddle-boarding, Photography and playing Irish tenor banjo.
