I have been involved in running and helping with youth cubs for most of my life and have absolutely loved doing so.

I offer therapy or coaching for children from the age of 12. In addition to the methods I use with adults, I may also introduce elements of play therapy and creative methods - depending on the age and development of the young person; I adjust the style of my work to be appropriate for the young person, to develop rapport between us, so that a therapeutic/coaching environment is created.

If you prefer, a parent or guardian may attend with the young person for part of the initial session whilst we discuss the counselling/coaching agreement, but following that the parent/guardian does not attend the sessions. Parent/Guardian consent is required.
