Thanks for visiting my website; here's a bit of info about me:
Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy practice,
Batchelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology,
Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling,
L4 Certificate in CBT
I maintain my Continuing Professional Development with regular training courses and research.
Member of the British Psychological Society
Accredited Professional Registrant member of the National Counselling Society Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I love animals and have a young, very energetic English Setter called "Bodhi", and a King Charles Cavalier called "Barley". I enjoy sports - in particular I do a lot of freediving (breath-hold diving under the water) - a discipline that I believe really helps me to share with my clients how to breathe in more healthy ways, and to regulate their nervous system more effectively. My other hobbies include surfing, Wing-Foiling, Stand Up Paddle-boarding, Photography and playing mandolin and Irish tenor banjo.
